World No.2 Rafael Nadal faces Australian Open Champion Novak Djokovic in the finals of the Artois Championship after an impressive 7-5, 6-4 victory over defending Champion Andy Roddick in the semifinals.Djokovic entered the finals after a 6-1, 6-0 crushing win over former Wimbledon finalist David Nalbandian.
The interesting thing is that both players have never a won a grass court title and with the Wimbledon a week to go, both the players will be chasing for their maiden grass court title.
Head to Head Nadal leads 8-3.Nadal last two wins wins were at the semifinal of Roland Garros(6-4, 6-2, 7-6(3)) and Hamburg(7-5, 2-6, 6-2) this year but both were on clay.Djokovic's only win this year was at India Wells(6-3, 6-2).Nadal's only win on grass court was in 2007 Wimbledon Semifinal after Djokovic withdrew(3-6, 6-1, 4-1 ret).
