World No.15 Fernando Verdasco stunned the 4th seed Andy Murray in 5 set thriller, who was a pre tournament favourite & thereby entered his first grandslam quarter-final.Verdasco played a major role in Spain's Davis Cup victory over Argentina in the finals, winning both the rubber matches thereby securing a 3-1 victory.In one of the matches he made a comeback victory after being 2 sets down.He is currently performing well on all surfaces.
